[Feature Request] add /multisig page

so that an account that holds MultiSig relevant resources could have this dedicated page to display signers, transactions etc

imho transactions can be rendered a bit differently for multisig because the pattern is quite fixed: create_transaction -> approve_transaction -> execute. would be great if they can grouped together to be extra clear
