Implement circuit construction templates as to represent tensor factorizations.

Some of them are:

INDSCAL / DistMult
CP
Tucker
MPS / Tensor-Train
Hierarchical-Tucker / Tree-Tensor-Network

These templates would also be useful to implement GeKCs.
