My Environment
Mac OS 13.2.1
Calibre: 7.2
DeDRM: 10.0.3, 10.0.9

Can I force it to decrypt the file?
only 1 books have this problem

Have you tried closing Kobo Desktop before trying to import with Obok? If you know it has DRM, don't try to import it unless Obok shows a red closed lock.
