I'm running Windows 10 (on Virtualbox 6.1 on Ubuntu 20.10, but I don't think that should matter). Fresh install of Calibre 5.12, library newly imported. I downloaded v7.1.0, and unzipped it. I go to Preferences -> Advanced -> Plugins -> Load plugin from file, select DeDRM_calibre_plugin, then DeDRM_plugin, then click Open. I get the security warning and click Yes. I get a syntax error: calibre 5.12 embedded-python: True is64bit: False I can install the obok_plugin, apparently successfully, but it doesn't show up in the Calibre menu. (I guess maybe it depends on the DeDRM plugin?) Any help would be appreciated. |

You're trying to install an old version. Make sure you're in the unzipped 7.1.0 folder. There is no DeDRM_calibre_plugin folder with this version. And the 7.1.0 Obok plugin will also be directly in the main folder too. |
