Use an RGB-only version of appleseed for increased performances

It's a matter of rebuilding appleseed with the right CMake option and making sure we define the proper preprocessor symbol on appleseed-max's side. This will get us roughly a 10% speed-up without loosing any functionalities since appleseed-max is not using any of the spectral rendering facilities in appleseed.
