Reproduction Steps

1. Login to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/ using pshah_customer/topcoder123
2. Navigate to https://www.topcoder-dev.com/settings/profile/
3. Under Add a web link
4. Add youtube.com
5. now refresh the page
6. Navigate to bottom of page to see Linked account
7. Try to delete

Expected Result

User ableto delete linked account

Actual Result

User unable to delete linked account

This is Topcoder page. The bug is valid. Not in the scope for Connect is in regards which product should fix it.
