Taas Project creation form: Job description textbox issues #4397

Description:
While creating a new Taas job, the Job description textbox has the following issue

Styles menu is missing in Job description textbox.
The red colour highlight on the textbox is still present even after the description is added.

Note: This issue is in both Dev as well as Prod Env.
