metrcsi 统计的qps信息异常

描述:
在apollo-configservice前面用了ingress的代理。在处理一个Case发现，ingress上的Qps在3W,但是http_server_requests_seconds_count的统计才只有3QPS左右。

ingress上的Qps在3W，的日志查看几乎都是304.

请问这个是304的请求在http_server_requests_seconds_count中不做统计吗？还是一个bug？
