This is blocked on #289. We need to be able to create analysis instances given only aProgramNode, but ProtocolAnalysis needs a ProtocolComposer to use mandatoryParticipatingHosts. Protocols subtyping will completely remove the need for that function, so we can construct a ProtocolAnalysis instance just based on the program.
