Provide a command line option to specify the number of revisions to be retained on the MP.

Customers often will accumulate a number of revisions which may be obsolete/unnecessary. This option will allow the operator to specify a count of previous revisions (most recent) to be retained. Archive options would apply to revisions to be deleted.
