goals doesn't appear in the chart

This example of chart doesn't work https://apexcharts.com/javascript-chart-demos/bar-charts/bar-with-markers/ exactly doesn't work the goals I don't know if that feature still in the new version of the library ? or it's a problem from the library (bug). (I work with vue)
