Update readme to account for the changes Danny made

Adding new years, new forms, etc. is different currently than it's described in the readme due to the changes, Danny made when migrating seniormap away from the now-defunct tabletop.

Updating this readme will allow less technically inclined operators to add new years for their class even if they're not working on the map itself.
