Combine items in MSB Pay API cart #96

Instead of showing separate items for cart items that are the exact same, combine them and increase the item's quantity:

This could be complicated and cost more technically than how much it's worth from a user's perspective. We can look into this more later.

Moving this issue to the future milestone unless there are objections.
