当ecm关闭时，查看该ecm下引擎日志报错

目标

1.优化报错提示

处理方案

1.优化报错提示：

ECM node :[xxxxx] does not exist, Unable to open engine log(ECM节点:[xxxxxxxx] 异常，无法打开日志，可能是该节点服务重启或则服务异常导致)

Requirement background

When ecm is turned off, check the engine log error under that ecm

Goal

Optimize error prompts

Processing plan

Optimization error prompt:
