@xushiyan What are the differences between setting up on vscode vs. the set up already specified in contributing.md

@jonathanc-n it was intended for some special feature in vscode for debugging, see https://github.com/Eventual-Inc/Daft/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#debugging

maybe we can pivot this task to document how to configure debugging tools for vscode and rust rover, to help improve dev-x. what do you think?
