How to migrate from ApisixRoute to dashboard?

We used apisix in k8s before and used ApisixRoute to configure it. Later, the configuration gradually became more and more difficult to manage. We planned to use dashboard to manage it later, but found that there are already many configurations and the configuration is a bit complicated. Is there any good way to facilitate migration?

之前我们在k8s里面使用apisix，是使用ApisixRoute来配置的，后来配置慢慢变多，越来越不好管理，后面打算使用dashboard来管理，但是发现目前的配置已经比较多，配置也有点复杂，请问有什么好的方法方便迁移？
