Expected Behavior

get oauth token dialog only appears once when one is not present

Current Behavior

going to the add-on pops up the dialog to get a token from settings.
going to settings and clicking get oauth token repeats the above prompt

1. install twitch add-on
2. go to addon
3. get popup on how to get the token
4. enter settings and click get oauth token
5. see prompt again
