Connection Failed Error Messages

For the past few weeks I'm getting "connection failed" error messages. It happens on every stream. It happens maybe 1 out of 5 times I try to open a stream. Eventually every stream does play normally.
I did a fresh Kodi install, on a different PC, and the same thing happens.

I'm not sure how to paste the log correctly, so I hope this is useful.

edit: I'm running Kodi 19.3 64bit on a Windows 10 PC, and Kodi 2.5.11+matrix.1 from the official Kodi repo (both systems same specs)

I hope this is more useful. I started a stream, it failed, then i exited Kodi.

same here, I have connection error when I try to play streams or VOD

Hello, same error here but insisting make connection works at the end (could be first time or after 10 retries)
same behavior:
Kodi 19.04 LE10.02 rpi 4
Kodi 20 alpha 3 Android NVidia Shield
Kodi 20 alpha 3 LE11 nightly RPI4
Already encounter the issue just before changing to the Helix API but has been fixed then API update and issue back again
