Enable Raids and Hosts - Auto switch

2 crucial features which are missing:

1. When current channel you're watching is about to stop streaming they often host and raid another channel. When such occurs have the channel automatically switch to said hosted channel. Just like what happens if watching Twitch in a browser.

2. When a streamer you're following is offline but is hosting another channel the streamer simply appears offline in your subscriptions list. Have the hosted channel channel appear in your subscriptions list in another color font. Similarly to how this plugin shows when a channel you're following is hosting a VOD instead of being live.
