Comment formatting bugs

There's some odd formatting behavior with comments after trailing commas in member key group entries.

#56 addresses a number of items. But will keep this open since there is likely still some odd formatting behavior based on inputs I have yet to try.

Line breaks are not being inserted after trailing comments and before a closing delimiter, thus causing the closing delimiter to be hoisted on to the same line as the trailing comment.
