The tracker works fine for almost 2 weeks in production then last night my whole website are down, from the log the error is this
PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'name_hash' in 'where clause' in /project/vendor/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOConnection.php:76
I need to disable the tracker to make my website up again. I do nothing to the database nor the code itself, that error just suddenly showed up. How did this happen? I'm using version 3.5
