Places were created using a JSON file.

It is not possible anymore, since we have the latest state of bins saved.
We need to set up a process to create and update our 6element places.

This is outdated.
Places can still loaded from plain JSON file with tools/loadPointsFromFiles.js, plus bins status can be updated easily (even for alternatives points, OSM or not).
See #206, #221, #223, and upcoming PR about client-side bin status update.
