🥰 需求描述

对话是流式的，左右边沿因为对话宽度问题会造成有限的视区被占据，调整对话宽度操作区又会被遮挡

🧐 解决方案

悬浮操作区应该在对话下边沿或者上边沿不占据普通流空间，如果造成高度计算问题，则可放置到对话卡片内，通过padding来提前占据高度
