Accessing existing SCLs and linearized stresses in Mechanical via Python

I have a workflow. I am trying to access linearized stresses along stress classification lines created via ansys mechanical. However, there doesn't seem to be a good way to do this in the docs. Is it possible to access existing SCLs? If so how would I do that? I think it may be related to #618 #1614. Even just accessing the path by name would be sufficient and I could compute the linearized stresses via the stress values along the path.
