Failed to build installable wheels #5033
-
Hello all, A customer reached out with a pyeadt installation error: ERROR: Failed building wheel for pytomlppERROR: ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (pytomlpp) I'm sure it's not a pyaedt problem, maybe there is a problem with his machine or with the permission, but I would like to know if anybody came across this error and knows how to solve it. Thanks in advance! Best regards, Victor Raupp |

Hi @rauppvictor , We need more information, how the user is installing pyaedt? There are different options, if the user has no python experience, I encourage you to use the PyAEDT installer: The user also can use GitHub to submit their issues, this is an open-source repository. This PyAEDT installer has the offline mode, which probably is what is happening to the user. |

Hi @rauppvictor ,
We need more information, how the user is installing pyaedt? There are different options, if the user has no python experience, I encourage you to use the PyAEDT installer:

The user also can use GitHub to submit their issues, this is an open-source repository. This PyAEDT installer has the offline mode, which probably is what is happening to the user.
