I thought I'd make a separate issue for those.

The new inclusion rules for straits and channels, discussed in #346 and added in #379 are ready to be put into application! 🎉 As discussed previously, the limits to use for the maps are the ones defined by the IHO in its 2002 draft of Limit of Oceans and Seas.
