Everyone is invited to collaborate with the BGSLibrary project by sending an implementation of a background subtraction algorithm. Please see the following tutorial: https://github.com/andrewssobral/bgslibrary/blob/master/docs/bgslibrary_how_to_contribute.pdf
Note that the PDF document was based on BGSLibrary <= 2.x. For the BGSLibrary 3.x a new tutorial will be made.
