Basic Sample Hardhat Project

This project demonstrates a basic Hardhat use case. It comes with a sample contract, a test for that contract, a sample script that deploys that contract, and an example of a task implementation, which simply lists the available accounts.

Try running some of the following tasks:

npx hardhat accounts
npx hardhat compile
npx hardhat clean
npx hardhat test
npx hardhat node
node scripts/sample-script.js
npx hardhat help

Compile, Run, Deploy Smart Contract in case MetaMask lags.

Most important step:

  1. Keep the local blockchain running in a separate terminal by hitting:
npx hardhat node
  1. Deploy / Re-Deploy the smart contract by hitting:
npx hardhat run scripts/deploy.js --network localhost

  1. Get the contract address from the terminal and paste it in the constants.js file.

  2. Run the frontend by hitting:

npm run dev || yarn dev
