Enhancement: Course tours

Could you add a Block or Activity that gives you the possibility to create a Tour for users, so that trainers can create inside their courses to welcome students and show them how to work with that course without giving them trainers rights to create tours globally on the whole moodle instance.

So students could be shown how to work in an new course without them feeling lost if there is a lot of stuff going on.
With options to hidde blocks on the side and other stuff it's not that easy to find everything in a new course. If you are a student with a lot of different courses from different teachers that would be helpful to get to now how to work with moodle and to see all the possibilites Moodle gives you.

Bring the user tours into the courses.
