Describe the issue

Detected that custom integration 'battery_notes' sets option flow config_entry explicitly, which is deprecated at custom_components/battery_notes/config_flow.py, line 429: self.config_entry = config_entry. This will stop working in Home Assistant 2025.12

When integration reaches 2024.12 min version implement new options flow
