There was an update that never made it into the 3.1.18.1 tag.
Previously opened as issue #108

Confirmed that the fix for #108 was committed to trunk/master post 3.1.18.1 release.
It will be in the coming release.
Please note that this will also contain PR #114, which is a BREAKING redo of the option handling for build.tcl install.

I am keeping this ticket now open until I have made the release. Hopefully before Xmas.

Side note: head of master identifies as 3.1.18.2 at the moment, i.e. could be used to test that the fix is in compared to 3.1.18.1. At release time the plan is call this then 3.2.

Critcl 3.2 is up.
