Just an Idea I had to make this work without ABB creating a Virtual Device.
Mabye it would be possible to use an Emulated Hue bridge.
https://www.openhab.org/addons/integrations/hueemulation/
Then connect Color Lights with the emulated Hue Bridge and the emulated Hue Bridge with Free@home.

I wasn't able to make the emulated Hue Bridge work so far.
