Local Storage of Leeched Files?

Is there a way to send files to local storage and not through a cloud based mirror? I have a hard drive I want to use instead.

If not, I'd at least like to know where the leeched files are downloaded temporarily, and jerry-rig a solution of my own. Thanks.
