Cannot use response_type in AppleStrategy #55

AppleStrategy support clientID, teamID,... but not response_type, When login with Apple the url be like:
https://appleid.apple.com/auth/authorize?state=630b33d1af&response_type=code
Without the id_token, the response just has state and code so it missing the id_token for me.
