(Dependency on issue #1148 )

Move userguide.md to a /docs subfolder and split it into multiple .md files per each H1. This will make the doc easier to manage.

In addition, move the /res folder containing user guide images into /docs subfolder.

Ensure none of these moves will break any links.

(This is part of a larger set of MSDK revisions including: removing "Maxim" references and applying the Harmonic theme.)
