手动调整分箱的时候，碰到网上的帖子里，这2种用法都有。
请问，这2个函数的区别是什么？c.set_rules(adj_bins)和c.update(adj_bins)
请大佬不吝赐教，谢谢。

@May057777 set_rules 是之前老版本的时候的方法，新版本做了统一化处理，更新为了update，更方便理解和使用
