Edit/Save/Delete/Rename Filter from filter page button on the home page.

Currently to edit the saved_filter, we have to go in settings. It would make it alot easier if all these could be done from the filter page button on the home page.

For which buttons should be shown and how the experience should be, i am having coflicts with my idea. Maybe someone else here can suggest. Or maybe look at other wallpapers apps and how are they handling the filters.
