Add title to the below mentioned pages

Summary -

The title tag is empty for the following pages:

• Achievements page [https://amfoss.in/achievements]
• Members page [https://amfoss.in/accounts]

Expectations -

The above-mentioned pages must have a title for each page.

• Achievements page should have a title as 'Achievements'.
  -Members page should have a title as 'Members'

@DheerajMalisetty I think you did not understand the issue here. Try to find the difference between the white and red circled items in the attached image here, and then read through the issue again. Let me know if you need more description on it.

@akashfoss, @DheerajMalisetty as far as development branch is concerned, every page has the same title - amFOSS - code |share | grow or something like that, this is a very critical issue. I have resolved that by adding a block for title which can be edited to add titles in every template page.
