Separate markdown page as a contributor/ authors list.

Right now, we have just added the names as contributors in our readme.md file. What we plan is to create a separate md file which contains the different contributor's name / an authors list of the patches people have submitted.

We can have the maintainers name in the current readme file if needed :)

Even if a minor change? is the person considered as a contributor? to add his/her name in new contributors.md file.
