If a class is concrete, and not just a forward definition, then we should be able to analyze whether it is cycle collected or not.
Print a debug message for this, as it is likely to be sketchy at first.
This will help us get rid a lot of the silly things like mozilla::css:Loader that are obviously not cycle collected.
