Business Trip Regions / Changes possibly yearly

The Business Trip Regions are using fixed rates and the title can be set to different regions. But these rates are derived from the tax autority tables and possibly can change over time.

Problem
The title currently has to function as a date range and country/region holder. The list could be possibly long and errors in future years by picking the wrong thing or not even knowing it changed, can be rather unconvinient.

Improvment
Add two fields "From" and "To" with a date picker each and filter when selecting the region by the start date of the trip. If the trip is over two of these durations, two trips have to be generated. This could be fixed as well, but is less important.
