There is no license specified for algif5.

I've stumbled upon algif5 and started wondering whether it would be useful to integrate it within my engine, but lack of license makes it impossible.

Please at least add some basic COPYING file to the repository - be it MIT, GPL or even WTFPL. Right now it's not even that I can't check whether the license is compatible with my project (GPLv3), but actually nobody can legally use it at all (in most countries, lack of license means "all rights reserved" by default) :)

The license is the same as for Allegro 5, but yes, I'll state so in the readme - will take me a couple days though.
