Cell selection failure error in UE on restart in GNB

Hello!!

I have deployed Ueransim with Open5GS on a kubernetes cluster. The UE able to establish a PDU session but if there is any restart in GNB then UE gives a error of 'Cell selection failure, no suitable or acceptable cell found' and couldn't establish the PDU session.

Manually restarting the GNB first and then UE resolves this problem, but in a testing environment with multiple instances connected to the core, this manual process becomes unmanageable. Is there any solution to address this issue directly within the code, enabling the UE to automatically reconnect to the GNB even after a restart?
