  1. Build OpenCV with FFmpeg on Linux 

    Due to the non-standard install location of FFmpeg during the AliceVision build OpenCV cannot find it. This patch adds FFmpeg to the BUILD_PREFIX of OpenCV to enable the FFmpeg features.
