It looks like the pages were designed for desktop then hastily adopted to support mobile. This is obvious from the choice to keep the left sidebar (which could be a hamburger icon next to lora logo) that takes like 15% of the screen at any given page
Ideally it would be good to open this page in mobile dimensions while developing an then fix the most glaring issues

You're spot on, we've spent almost no time optimising for mobile.
Lora was built to be a desktop product. As you said there is plenty that could be done to make it more mobile friendly, however the core intent of lora is to be a desktop developer tool.
