Subject of the issue

Bringing up sandbox environment on linux/arm64 (Raspberry PI 4 w/ 8GB ram) failed due to some services not initializing

Sandbox at commit id 783d25d

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone sandbox on a raspberry PI 4 with 8GB RAM at commit id 783d25d
2. Run ./sandbox up mainnet

Expected behaviour

Expected containers to be up and running with no errors

Actual behaviour

./sandbox up mainnet

Starting sandbox for: mainnet
see sandbox.log for detailed progress, or use -v.
* docker containers started!
* waiting for services to initialize.
the following did not start:
* indexer
* conduit
One or more services failed to start.
