v3 Update question #138
Comments
Will be open source like this one but (maybe) I'll release some not-common components (let's say an emoji picker) for sponsors until I reach some amount So yes The most important components will be open source that's for sure, and I still not decide if I'll will use the sponsorware model for the rest of the components or leave them as open source also |
@alfonsobries Hi. I'm looking for a component library and yours looks quite good. We just started using Tailwindcss and would love to be able to use that with a component library. I read what you had written for upcoming changes, but that did not mention when you were planning to release those changes. Do you have a timeline for v3? Thanks. |
@theo333 not yet but I should have a roadmap in the following weeks, almost finish with the POC of the next version and according to that I'll be able to have a timeline Follow me on Twitter for updates(@alfonsobries) |
Will move all discussions related to vue 3 to here #214 |
As you will use Sponsorware model will this framework available for usage if I have public repo if I am not a sponsor??
Also, I want to know will this package be private for v3?
If you can mention what we will get in v3, it will be really helpful so we can decide if we can use it for open-source projects.
Awaiting your response.
