[FeatureRequest] Also hide fields for users with only 'view-issue'-permission

Currently a Role can only have FieldPermissions if the Role can edit or delete an Issue.
Can you modify your Plugin so that also Roles have FieldPermissions 'Hidden' if the Role only have view access?

Currently workaround is to give the Role Issue-Edit Permission and then set each field to ReadOnly.
