When hidding "estimation" field, the "total estimation" is still visible

it should be a good idea to "link" the field and the "total" corresponding field, in order for both of them to be hidden when asked in the "workflow" settings.
Otherwise it's a great plugin, thanks !!

The plugin is really great and it should be probably standard functionality in Redmine. But we also saw this issue. Is there any news on this issue? I might have a look, if I can fix it myself
