[Feature Request] "Start Selected" for download queue

When adding a playlist to MeTube (or multiple individual videos), if the option to not Auto-Start is chosen, there's no way to bulk-start items in the queue other than clicking each entry individually.

It would be great to have this option, particularly for those playlists which are enormous in length.

This may go hand-in-hand with an option to change the download-start icon to show that it has already been clicked/the download is queued.

seconding this. I'll pull the playlist first to ensure that it loaded the right episodes, then have to delete everything then re-add all the playlists as it's much faster then having to wait for one episode to download before I can queue the next one
